With operations across multiple verticals and Distribution as our core strength, we continue to grow by investing in people and technology Role: IT Administrator Location: Ahmedabad Role Summary We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, networks, and end-user systems.

The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining system security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reliable support to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities - Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.

- Manage network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and endpoint devices.




- Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, email, and IT assets.
- Perform backups, system updates, patch management, and security monitoring.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Preferred

Profile - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 4–7 years of experience in IT Administration or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft Intune, and firewall administration is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
