Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal downtime across systems. The role includes monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, managing IT operations such as backups, updates, and security protocols, and documenting procedures and incident resolutions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
- Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology for managing network devices, servers, and system configurations.
- Knowledge of IT Operations, including backup management, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), basic hardware components, and common enterprise software..
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on-site, and respond promptly to critical incidents.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
