Skill: Infor M3 Developer Experience 5 to 10 Location: Vizag Must Have Skills: 1.Design, develop, and support Infor M3 applications for manufacturing and supply chain processes.

- Work with Infor M3 tools such as M3 Business Engine (BE), MForms, H5 scripting, and Smart Office.
- Develop and customize solutions using Java, SQL, and M3 APIs/MI programs.
- Analyze business requirements related to production, procurement, inventory, and order management.
- Configure and enhance M3 modules including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Support shop floor operations and integration with manufacturing execution processes.
- Develop reports, extensions, and custom interfaces within Infor M3 workplace.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT ensuring stability of business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Work with databases (Oracle/SQL) for data extraction, validation, and performance optimization. 11.

Integrate

Infor M3 with external systems such as MES, ERP,



and third-party applications.

- Use tools like Infor ION, MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), and APIs for integration.
- Support cloud and on-prem M3 environments, including upgrades and patches.
- Ensure high data integrity, security, and compliance with IT governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, QA, and global IT teams.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation. 17.

Required Certifications: Infor M3 Technical/Functional Certification (preferred), SQL/Oracle certification, ITIL Foundation. 18.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ION workflows, API integrations, and Infor OS platform. 19.

Experience in manufacturing domain (industrial, engineering, automotive sectors preferred).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work in global environments.
