Must Have Skills

1.Design, develop, and support Infor M3 applications for manufacturing and supply chain processes.

1. Work with Infor M3 tools such as M3 Business Engine (BE), MForms, H5 scripting, and Smart Office.
2. Develop and customize solutions using Java, SQL, and M3 APIs/MI programs.
3. Analyze business requirements related to production, procurement, inventory, and order management.
4. Configure and enhance M3 modules including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Supply Chain.
5. Support shop floor operations and integration with manufacturing execution processes.
6. Develop reports, extensions, and custom interfaces within Infor M3 environment.
7. Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT ensuring stability of business-critical applications.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting manufacturing and logistics operations. 10. Work with databases (Oracle/SQL) for data extraction, validation, and performance optimization.
9. Integrate Infor M3 with external systems such as MES,



ERP, and third-party applications.
10. Use tools like Infor ION, MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), and APIs for integration.
11. Support cloud and on-prem M3 environments, including upgrades and patches.
12. Ensure high data integrity, security, and compliance with IT governance standards.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, QA, and global IT teams.
14. Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
15. Required Certifications: Infor M3 Technical/Functional Certification (preferred), SQL/Oracle certification, ITIL Foundation.
16. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ION workflows, API integrations, and Infor OS platform.
17. Experience in manufacturing domain (industrial, engineering, automotive sectors preferred).
18. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work in global environments.
