We're looking for a dedicated Influencer Relations Executive to own our creator and KOL relationships from start to finish.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. You'll find and manage the right influencers, KOLs, UGC creators, negotiate and brief them, and coordinate with them for social content, working closely with our founders and internal teams. Day to day, you'll build and grow relationships with creators across platforms and turn those relationships into content that drives real reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Own influencer, KOL and UGC creators relationships end-to-end: find and vet creators, and handle their deliverables, rates, briefs, and reports.
- Build and maintain a roster of creators you can activate for any campaign.
- Coordinate launch campaigns so all creator activity lands together as one sharp, well-timed moment.
- Manage the UGC network that turns launch moments into short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) at scale.
- Track and improve influencer KPIs across reach, engagement,



and creator performance.
- Work with internal teams to keep creator campaigns aligned with storytelling and goals.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer relations, creator partnerships, or KOL marketing.
- A strong understanding of how creators drive reach across platforms, plus a feel for narratives and creator communities.
- A proven track record of running creator campaigns that drive traction, partnerships, and new users.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven and comfortable being measured on results, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable using AI tools.
