RClashers Media is looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, brand collaborations, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to execution.
- Coordinate with creators and brand partners.
- Source and onboard new influencers.
- Negotiate commercials and campaign deliverables.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain creator databases and campaign reports.
- Build and manage long-term creator relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends.

Requirements:





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.
- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
