Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage Malayalam-speaking influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.

Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Negotiate collaboration terms, barter deals, and paid partnerships.

Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines with influencers.

Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content quality.

Ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.

Stay updated on Malayalam social media trends, creators, and digital marketing practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives and brand goals.

Requirements

Fluent in Malayalam (Read, Write, and Speak).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
