About the Role

Masai, in partnership with a premier academic institute, is running a Spoken English & Soft Skills training program for non-native English speakers at a beginner to intermediate level. The program focuses on helping learners express themselves clearly, form correct sentences, and speak with confidence in everyday and professional situations.

The end goal of this program is to ensure learners are able to structure answers, communicate clearly, and respond confidently in interviews, even with limited English proficiency. Sessions are delivered primarily through regional languages, with a gradual transition toward English usage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online sessions using the assigned regional language as the primary medium of instruction.

- Help learners build confidence, structure answers and communicate clearly, even with limited English proficiency.

- Train learners to speak about themselves,



their experiences, and their goals with clarity and flow.

- Strengthen sentence formation, reduce hesitation and fillers, improve overall spoken clarity and resolve their doubts.

- Introduce learners to professional communication and soft skills, and guide them in applying spoken English to interview-like and workplace scenarios.

- Facilitate practice activities and provide clear, actionable feedback focused on improvement and confidence.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5+ years of experience in spoken English training, soft skills coaching, interview preparation, teaching, or corporate training.

- Solid command ofover the regional language and working proficiency in English.

- Experience working with beginner-level, non-native English speakers.

- Ability to explain concepts simply, patiently, and practically with an interview-oriented mindset.

Engagement Details

- Sessions: Typically 4 sessions per month

- Mode: Remote / Online

- Compensation: ₹6,000 – ₹14,000 per month
