Freelance Opportunity: PhD in Industrial Engineering (Hourly Paid)

We are looking for PhD-qualified professionals in Industrial Engineering to join an exciting freelance project focused on evaluating and improving the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Role Overview

As a subject matter expert, you will design challenging, high-quality questions that test the reasoning and problem-solving abilities of advanced AI models. Your work will help identify areas where these models struggle and contribute to the development of more capable AI systems.

Responsibilities

- Create complex, original, and domain-specific questions in Industrial Engineering.
- Develop "golden questions" that require deep subject expertise and are difficult for LLMs to answer correctly.
- Ensure questions are technically accurate, unambiguous, and aligned with real-world Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Review AI-generated responses and provide feedback when required.

Requirements





- PhD in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong expertise in one or more Industrial Engineering domains, such as operations research, supply chain, manufacturing systems, optimization, quality engineering, ergonomics, or production planning.
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.
- Ability to create original, thought-provoking problems that require expert-level reasoning.
- Prior experience in research, academia, or industry is preferred.
