We are hiring experienced Indian Cuisine Chefs for a reputed hospitality client in Vietnam. Candidates with strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes and experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering kitchens are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per menu standards
- Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor kitchen inventory and food storage
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organized workstations
- Follow company recipes and operational procedures
Salary: ₹43,000 – ₹47,000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef/Cook
- Strong knowledge of North Indian and/or South Indian dishes
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, or cloud kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic English communication preferred
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
