Key ResponsibilitiesFood Production

- Prepare Indian curries, gravies, kebabs, tandoori dishes, breads, rice preparations, and accompaniments according to standard recipes.

- Prepare mise en place before each meal period.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.

- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.

- Produce food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, banquet, and room service.

- Assist in menu development and seasonal food promotions.

Kitchen Operations

- Ensure all ingredients and equipment are ready before service.

- Coordinate with Tandoor, Chinese, Continental, Bakery, and Banquet kitchens.

- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders.

- Maintain proper workflow during busy service periods.

- Support banquet and outdoor catering operations as required.

Daily Duties

- Attend the kitchen briefing.





- Check grooming and uniform.

- Prepare mise en place.

- Verify ingredient availability.

- Prepare food according to Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs).

- Monitor food quality throughout service.

- Maintain workstation cleanliness.

- Complete kitchen closing checklist.

- Hand over unfinished work to the next shift.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.

- Food Safety/HACCP certification is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in an Indian kitchen.

- Experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, or fine dining restaurants is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
