? Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST

ThreatXIntel is looking for an experienced Incident Manager (IT/OT Security) to lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. If you have hands-on experience managing security incidents, leading cross-functional teams, and driving incident response from detection through recovery, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cybersecurity incident response across IT and OT environments.
- Manage the complete incident lifecycle: Detection, Containment, Eradication, Recovery, and Post-Incident Review.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Incident Response (IR) plans and playbooks.
- Coordinate with IT, Security, OT, and business stakeholders during security incidents.




- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain incident documentation.
- Plan and execute incident response drills and tabletop exercises.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and organizational security policies.
