ThreatXIntel is looking for an experienced Incident Manager (IT/OT Security) to lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. If you have hands-on experience managing security incidents, leading cross-functional teams, and driving incident response from detection through recovery, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity incident response across IT and OT environments.

Manage the complete incident lifecycle: Detection, Containment, Eradication, Recovery, and Post-Incident Review.

Develop, maintain, and improve Incident Response (IR) plans and playbooks.

Coordinate with IT, Security, OT, and business stakeholders during security incidents.





Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Prepare incident reports and maintain incident documentation.

Plan and execute incident response drills and tabletop exercises.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and organizational security policies.
