YCloud, a Premier WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), is looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to support our growth in the India and EMEA markets.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp API industry who wants to further develop their career in SaaS and conversational technology sales.

What you’ll do

Respond to and qualify inbound leads from online channels

Understand prospects’ business needs and recommend suitable YCloud solutions

Conduct online product introductions, demos, and follow-ups

Guide prospects through pricing, onboarding, and WhatsApp API requirements

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM

Work closely with the marketing, solutions, and customer success teams

Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to conversion

Follow up consistently to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

We’re looking for

✅ 1–2 years of experience in online, inbound, or inside sales





✅ Previous experience in the WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp API industry

✅ Familiarity with BSP, CPaaS, SaaS, CRM, or conversational AI solutions

✅ Strong online communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

✅ Positive spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

✅ Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward sales targets

✅ Based in Mumbai
