Inbound Process Associates
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals to join our customer service team for an Inbound Voice Process.
Language Requirements (Must have excellent communication skills in English and one regional language):
- English + Hindi
- English + Tamil
- English + Marathi
Experience & Compensation:
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome.
*Qualification - ANY Graduation is mandatory
Work Schedule
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (7:00 - 4:00 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Week Offs: Two (2) Rotational Week Offs
