A Snapshot of Your Day

Lead and perform complex Payments operations within the Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) end‑to‑end process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of payment runs while acting as a go‑to expert for the team.

Independently analyze and resolve complex payment issues, including high‑risk, high‑value, or cross‑country payment exceptions, and provide guidance to Analysts on root‑cause resolution.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across including Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, Master Data, Treasury, Human Resources and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues and continuously improve payment processes.

How You'll Make An Impact

- Own execution and oversight of payment runs in SAP and banking platforms, including automated, manual, urgent, and exception payments across multiple entities and countries.

- off calendars; support knowledge transfer, onboarding, and coaching within the Payments team.

- Drive resolution of complex payment exceptions (failed, rejected, duplicate, returned), ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and control adherence

- Partner with Treasury and stakeholders to support cash management, liquidity planning, payment prioritization, and funding readiness, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

and internal control frameworks.

- Very valuable SAP knowledge (FI, AP, Payment Programs);

experience with banking platforms and payment interfaces is highly desirable.

- Excel skills;

experience with reporting or reconciliation tools is an advantage.

- Experience with transitions, transformations, automation, or stabilization phases is considered beneficial.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, workshops, or project activities, if required.
