As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Role Overview

youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Qualified skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of S/4HANA Service Management, including Service Contracts, Orders, Notifications, Warranties, In House Repair, and Field Service Management.

- Design solution workflows: document types, pricing, authorizations; perform fit-gap analysis and blueprint workshops.





- Configure seamless integrations with SD, MM, FI/CO, PM, and SAP FSM or C4C for cohesive business processes.

- Develop functional specifications, supervise technical teams (BAPIs, ALE/IDoc, OData), and manage interface development.

- Facilitate testing activities: unit, integration, UAT; prepare test scripts; resolve defects.

- Oversee go-live and hypercare, providing end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.

- Engage in pre-sales and stakeholder collaboration to shape client-oriented solutions and RFP responses.

Mandatory Skill Sets

- SAP Service Management, S4HANA, E2E implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Functional knowledge: Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranties, In-House Repair, Resource Related Billing.

- Technical proficiency: Fiori apps for Service Management, interface technologies (ALE/IDoc, OData), debugging understanding.

- Integration know-how: strong background in integrating Service with SD, MM, FI/CO, and potentially with SAP FSM/C4C or BRIM.
