Summary: The Oracle Fusion Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud applications. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring the Oracle Cloud platform drives efficiency and aligns with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities System Implementation: Lead or support full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Configuration & Design: Set up enterprise structures, configure system modules, and design workflows based on industry best practices.

Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and document functional/technical specifications.

Data Migration: Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities using FBDI, ADFDI, or HDL tools.

Testing & Training: Develop test scripts, execute system integration testing (SIT), facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct user training.

Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot system bugs, manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), and handle quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation lifecycles.



Specialization (Choose one or more): Functional (Finance/HCM/SCM): Strong understanding of business processes in specific domains (e.g., GL/AP/AR for Finance; Core HR/Payroll for HCM; Inventory/Procurement for SCM).

Technical: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts, FBDI, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Certifications: Official Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Cloud Application certifications are highly preferred.

Mandatory Skill sets: Oracle OIC Preferred Skill sets: Oracle OIC Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation lifecycles.

Education Qualification Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or a related field.
