The Valuations Group specializes in valuation of wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) that assists clients in taking key decisions in several areas including, strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and joint ventures), internal/financial restructuring, strategic decision making and legal issues.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Manager to join the Valuation Advisory practice, specializing in the valuation of financial instruments, derivatives and complex securities.



The role will involve leading client engagements across financial reporting, transactions, regulatory and audit-support requirements.

The candidate will independently manage valuation engagements for financial instruments, build and review valuation models, develop defensible valuation conclusions, prepare high-quality documentation, manage client and auditor discussions, and coach junior team members. The role requires solid technical valuation knowledge, quantitative modelling ability, commercial judgment and the ability to communicate complex valuation matters clearly to senior stakeholders.
