Role Description The Import Export Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves handling end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

The Import Export

Executive will manage communication with international and domestic suppliers and customers, address queries, and support negotiation of pricing and terms in line with company policies. Daily tasks include maintaining databases and records, preparing and reviewing invoices and packing lists,



monitoring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth transaction flows. The role also requires proactive problem-solving for logistics issues and continuous improvement of processes related to polymer trading.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Import Logistics, Import operations, and Export procedures to manage end-to-end trade activities.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Relevant experience in international trade or logistics, preferably in polymers, chemicals, or related sectors.

Managing Logistics import and local in india for customer delivery Knowledge of shipping documentation, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and basic trade compliance.

Ability to use MS Office and basic ERP or logistics management software for documentation and reporting.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
