Role Description The Import Export Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing day-to-day international trade operations. This position oversees import and export documentation, coordinates with freight forwarders and customs agents, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role includes monitoring shipment schedules, tracking logistics, and resolving delays or discrepancies to maintain smooth supply chain flow.

Executive collaborates with internal teams and external partners, maintains accurate records, prepares reports, and provides responsive support to customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status and trade-related queries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Import and Import Logistics for handling shipments, documentation, and customs procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Export and Import Logistics skills to manage outbound shipments, compliance, and international trade requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with stakeholders and address inquiries professionally.
- Relevant experience in import/export operations, international trade, or logistics management.
- Working knowledge of customs regulations, incoterms, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP or logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Graduate degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
