The ideal candidate will possess:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience with U.S. and Global Regions (EMEA/APAC) immigration;




- Experience with U.S. business immigration work – non-immigrant/temporary and immigrant/permanent
- Experience with Global Mobility or global Immigration programs, preferably within consulting or professional services environment or as a paralegal
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment
- A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail.
- Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to use sound judgment to drive competing issues to resolution
- Demonstrated flexibility working in a dynamic and rapidly changing organization
- Strong English written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms, global cultures and practices and the ability to empathize with employees
- A highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
