Bachelor’s degree

2-3 years of experience with U.S. and Global Regions (EMEA/APAC) immigration;





Experience with U.S. business immigration work – non-immigrant/temporary and immigrant/permanent

Experience with Global Mobility or global Immigration programs, preferably within consulting or qualified services environment or as a paralegal

Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail.

Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Comfort with ambiguity; ability to use sound judgment to drive competing issues to resolution

Demonstrated flexibility working in a dynamic and rapidly changing organization

Robust English written, listening and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms, global cultures and practices and the ability to empathize with employees A highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
