Role Description The Immigration Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and presenting suitable visa and resettlement solutions.

Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting initial assessments, explaining processes, documenting leads, and following up to convert prospects into clients.



The role also involves coordinating with internal consultants to ensure accurate information, maintaining client records, and supporting sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship and sales skills, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes, visa categories, and documentation requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and using CRM or similar tools.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle queries, provide guidance, and manage expectations professionally.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with solid time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or sales is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with a diverse, energetic team.
