Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Bengaluru.

The Immigration

Consultant will advise clients on suitable immigration and visa options, assess eligibility, and explain requirements and processes for various countries and visa categories. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and organising documentation for visa and immigration applications, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.



The consultant will conduct detailed consultations, respond to client queries, maintain accurate case records, and follow up on the status of applications with relevant authorities and partners.

The role also includes staying up to date on global immigration policies, contributing to internal knowledge sharing, and supporting business development through professional client interactions.

Qualifications Solid understanding of immigration issues and global immigration processes, with the ability to interpret and explain complex requirements clearly.

Knowledge of visas and related procedures across multiple countries, including study, work, business, investor, family, and visit visa categories.

Familiarity with law and regulatory frameworks relevant to immigration and visa processing, including compliance and documentation standards.

Consulting skills with experience providing structured, client-focused advice and handling diverse client profiles and expectations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Comfort with using office productivity tools and case management software to track client information and application progress.

Prior experience in immigration consulting or related services is highly beneficial.
