Overview:

The SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management) role is integral to the organization's financial planning and analysis. This position plays a key role in leveraging SAP's PAPM module to drive profitability and performance management initiatives, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PAPM module.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for profitability and performance management.
- Design and develop profitability and performance reporting solutions within the SAP PAPM framework.
- Provide expertise in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) and integrate PAPM with other SAP modules.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improving profitability and performance.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and performance management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP PAPM processes, configurations, and reports.
- Train end-users on utilizing SAP PAPM for profitability and performance management.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of profitability and performance management with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in SAP PAPM and performance management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP PAPM module in large organizations.
- Strong proficiency in SAP FICO and its integration with profitability and performance management.
- In-depth understanding of profitability analysis and performance management concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP PAPM solutions.
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
