What are we looking for?

Experience in HR data analysis, MySQL

HR Domain Understanding – prior experience in HR Analytics or Talent Acquisition is an advantage

Business Acumen – ability to align analytics with business goals and workforce strategies

Robust Communication Skills – articulate data insights clearly through presentations and reports

Proactive & Independent Contributor – capable of handling tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Experience working with offshore teams is preferred. Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streams

VBA, Power BI or visualization and reporting tool

Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business problems from leads, assist them in report generation and maintenance

Programming & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage

HR Analytics & Business Strategy: Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology

Proof of Concept Development: Handle data with minimal intervention, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business

Collaboration: Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
