Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Compensation & Benefits) to understand their data needs. Provide training to HR staff on how to interpret and use analytics tools and reports effectively.

Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure HR data reporting complies with company policies and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC). Establish best practices for data governance, accuracy, and security.

Predictive Analytics & Workforce Planning: Use statistical methods to predict workforce trends such as attrition and hiring needs. Support workforce planning and budgeting processes with data-driven insights.

HR Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless data integration across HRIS, payroll, and other HR platforms. Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.

Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for HR teams and leadership. Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats for non-technical audiences.

HR Metrics & KPIs: Define and monitor key HR performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within HR metrics

Data Reporting & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.). Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards to track metrics such as turnover, hiring, diversity, engagement, and performance. Deliver actionable insights to HR leadership and business units.
