Job Purpose

To manage high-net-worth (HNW) clients, provide tailored financial advice, and offer investment solutions aligned with their financial goals. The role involves building strong client relationships, driving portfolio growth, and delivering a superior banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to HNW clients.

- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.

- Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.

- Financial Planning & Investment Advisory:

- Recommend appropriate investment products like mutual funds, bonds, equities, PMS, AIFs, and insurance based on risk profiling.

- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while advising.

- Business Development:

- Acquire recent HNW clients through referrals, networking,



and personal connections.

- Drive cross-sell opportunities in loans, deposits, and wealth products.

- Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure complete documentation and adherence to KYC/AML norms.

- Monitor and mitigate portfolio risk.

- Customer Experience:

- Deliver a high standard of service.

- Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- AMFI/NISM certification preferred.

- 4–8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or HNI relationship management.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations.
