Role Description The ICS Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaisalmer. The ICS Manager will oversee the Internal Control System (ICS) for sourcing and production, including registration and monitoring of farmers or suppliers, maintenance of records, and verification of compliance with company standards and any relevant certifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting field inspections, training field staff and producers on quality and safety protocols, and ensuring proper documentation and traceability of raw materials. The role also involves coordinating with procurement, quality, and operations teams, analyzing data to identify risks or irregularities, and implementing corrective actions.



The ICS Manager will prepare regular reports, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes to strengthen transparency and product integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management and process control, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of field and supply-chain activities.
- Experience with compliance, quality assurance, and documentation, with the ability to manage records, traceability systems, and internal audits.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting, including use of basic digital tools or software for tracking and evaluation.
- Effective communication and training skills to guide field staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders on standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of agricultural or food supply chains, preferably in the context of primary production, procurement, or certification systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, food technology, supply chain management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaisalmer, conduct frequent field visits, and collaborate with diverse teams and communities.
- Solid problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, transparent practices in sourcing and production.
