End to end value partnering for the key Procurement initiatives in the respective portfolio

Optimize the commercials, Financials, Return of Investment and/or Return of Assets in the key negotiation s.

Provide end to end finance support for key transformational and or simplification projects.

Deliver MBS Financial targets: h old MBS Proc accountable for the delivery and establish strong links with Procurement and Other Finance Professionals

Garant of the adherence to Finance Controls within MBS

Sign off requirements from finance perspective for Automation and digitisation activities.

Network with colleagues across the global business organizations and functional areas ( Controllers , treasury, tax) and develop relationships required to be an effective ambassador for MBS Finance

Ensure that the procurement organization has adequate financial acumen and understanding of policies, procedures and controls through regular and effective training and presentation of relevant finance initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Drive the continuous improvement and leverage of information technology in MBS to improve saving/Cash/vendor analytics and Commercial guidelines.

CASH :

- Set up Payment days Targets based on company requirements;
- Manages cash performance and reporting dashboard and h elp identify risk and opportunities throughout negotiations ;




- Set up and support Supplier Financing Model offering;
- Monitor Payment Terms legislation together with the markets to identify potential risks;
- Lead the approval for Cost vs Cash opportunities within the business

Procurement Target setting :

- Set up and coordinate the overall Target setting process for Procurement
- Share Targets with relevant stakeholders and monitor regularly the delivery of them
- Work on the gap closing activities with the Procurement team
- Review updates of performance monthly with the different stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Experiences & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Rankers)/ MBA
- 7-9 years experience in Procurement Finance
- Strategic intent and passion for performance excellence
- Proven track record in managing complex operating environment and with clear results delivery
- Advances analytical skills combines with business savvy judgement skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent influencing skills with wide variety of senior stakeholders
- Business Process design and management
- Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
