Full-time (On-site)** Position Overview We are actively hiring ICU Specialists and Consultant Intensivists to anchor physical ICUs across India in partnership with a leading health-tech Smart-ICU network.
This model pairs on-ground clinical autonomy with real-time academic governance and continuous support from a centralized command center of senior super-specialists.
1. ICU & ER Specialists (Bedside Care & Floor Execution)
Target Profile: Qualifications: MD / DNB / DA / MEM in Internal Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Pulmonology, or Emergency Medicine. (DA candidates with robust ICU experience are highly encouraged).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of post-PG experience.
Role: Lead bedside management, execute high-acuity procedural interventions, and co-manage patients in real time with the remote tele-ICU command center.

Maharashtra (Baramati - ICU + OT): Up to ₹2.0 Lakhs / month
Telangana (Nirmal - ER Specialist): Up to ₹2.0 Lakhs / month
Karnataka (Bengaluru): Up to ₹1.8 Lakhs / month
Kerala (Nedumkandam): Up to ₹1.5 Lakhs / month (Includes accommodation on hospital premises)
Pan-India Rapid Deployment Team: Up to ₹2.0 Lakhs / month (Full travel & accommodation covered)
1. Executive Track: Consultant Intensivists (Unit Head & Leadership)
Target Profile: Qualifications: DM, DrNB, FNB, or IDCCM in Critical Care. (Candidates with MD General Medicine + Diploma in Critical Care are also eligible for specific mandates).
Experience: 0 to 2 years post-PG / Fellowship.
Role: Serve as the on-ground Clinical Lead / Unit Head, governing ICU protocols, managing complex critical care cases, and overseeing junior medical staff.
