Job Responsibilities

- Monitor IBM Sterling OMS production environments
- Analyze system performance, latency, and transaction bottlenecks
- Troubleshoot OMS issues related to APIs, agents, integrations, and database performance
- Support incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Tune JVM, application servers, SQL queries, and Sterling configurations
- Handle L2/L3 production support activities
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and business teams
- Perform log analysis and monitoring using Splunk/AppDynamics
- Ensure SLA compliance and system uptime




- Support deployments and production releases
- Create support documentation and operational runbooks
