Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise identity solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Okta , Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) , Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user lifecycle management, and identity governance.

You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and seamless access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Configure and administer Okta and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle automation.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Okta and Azure AD using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Monitor identity infrastructure and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
- Perform access reviews, role management, and identity governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust access strategies.
- Create and maintain IAM documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support audit requests and remediation activities.




- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and security best practices.

Required Skills

- Robust experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Identity Federation, and Access Management.
- Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and SCIM.
- Understanding of RBAC, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance.
- Experience with PowerShell or scripting for automation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security and enterprise authentication.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Okta Certified Professional/Administrator certification is a plus.
- Microsoft Azure Security or Identity certifications are preferred.
- Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar IAM solutions is an advantage.
