Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / Delhi / Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–8 Years Salary: ₹12–30 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise identity solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user lifecycle management, and identity governance. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and seamless access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Configure and administer Okta and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).

Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.

Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle automation.

Integrate enterprise applications with Okta and Azure AD using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.

Monitor identity infrastructure and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.

Perform access reviews, role management, and identity governance activities.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust access strategies.

Create and maintain IAM documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Support audit requests and remediation activities.





Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and security best practices.

Required Skills Strong experience with Okta Identity Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).

Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Identity Federation, and Access Management.

Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and SCIM.

Understanding of RBAC, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance.

Experience with PowerShell or scripting for automation is preferred.

Familiarity with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.

Knowledge of cloud security and enterprise authentication.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Okta Certified Professional/Administrator certification is a plus.

Microsoft Azure Security or Identity certifications are preferred.

Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar IAM solutions is an advantage.
