Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Active Directory (Domain Services, GPO, security, etc.)

2Core Infrastructure Systems (Windows / VMware), Virtualization/Hypervisor

3Internal Certificate Authority

4Azure AD including AD Connect server systems (SSO)

5Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)

6Network Policy Services (NPS) *Incudes wireless SSL.

7File & Print Server Management

8Key Management Service (KMS)

9Perform Physical Server Management such as, Firmware upgrade, Coordinate with

Vendor for any hardware failure, maintain warranty of the hardware and roadmap,

provide general for the operating system that are hosted in the physical servers.
