Responsibilities Supervise fabrication welding erection alignment and testing of hydro-mechanical systems including penstocks gates valves hoists and cranes Coordinate daily with civil and electromechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of works Review technical drawings vendor submissions and method statements for compliance with specifications Monitor progress against schedules identify and escalate risks or delays Support procurement activities vendor inspections and factory acceptance tests FAT Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to HSE requirements Prepare and maintain site documentation progress reports and commissioning records Liaise with contractors consultants and client representatives for technical and site matters Supervise commissioning of H M systems in coordination with electromechanical and control teams Supervise interfaces activity between H M works and civil structures during embedded part installation Identify risks related to design changes supply delays and construction challenges Implement mitigation strategies to avoid cost overruns and schedule slippage Ensure strict compliance with HSE Health Safety Setting standards Qualifications B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 12 years of experience
