We are looking for a Hydroponics Production Incharge to manage the daily production of hydroponic fodder and ensure smooth production operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing daily tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Production Supervision: Supervise the day-to-day hydroponics production of fodder.
- App-Based Task Management: Oversee and coordinate daily task management utilizing mobile applications.
- Workforce Management: Manage in office workforce effectively to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control across daily fodder production.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Industry Experience / Skills:

- Basic knowledge of hydroponics systems and techniques.
- Familiarity with grains, seeds, and fodder operations.
- Experience handling manpower and farm operations.
- Basic knowledge of procurement (grains and operational materials) and farm logistics.

Education & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc in Agriculture or Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Experience Level: 0 to 1 years / Freshers eligible

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
