Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the design of HV/LV connector assemblies, including housings, terminals, and seals.

- Complete 3D models, 2D drawings, and final product release documentation.

- Responsible for confirming product DV&P; with customer engineering teams. Evaluate material selection, mechanical performance, and electrical performance to ensure product reliability.

- Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide customized solutions and quotations based on technical specifications such as voltage, current, and temperature requirements. Coordinate resources to complete product selection and design reviews.

- Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during product development and production, including testing, mold development, and assembly processes.





- Create VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) proposals for EMEA projects, perform cost analysis and value assessments, and serve as a bridge between the China and EMEA connector R&D; teams.
