Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Site Engineer to manage supervise and coordinate all HVAC-related site activities as part of construction or fit-out projects The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all heating ventilation and air conditioning systems are installed according to approved drawings specifications safety standards and project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the installation testing and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites Ensure all HVAC works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings specifications and applicable codes standards ASHRAE SMACNA etc Coordinate with other engineering disciplines electrical plumbing civil to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems Review and interpret HVAC shop drawings and ensure that work is executed accordingly Monitor site progress and prepare daily weekly progress reports for management Ensure availability of materials tools and manpower required to carry out the works efficiently Inspect HVAC equipment and components received in office for quality and compliance with specifications Attend site meetings with contractors consultants and clients to resolve technical site issues Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is done as per quality and safety standards Ensure HVAC systems are properly tested balanced and commissioned before handover Prepare and submit method statements risk assessments and other technical documentation Report any deviations or issues promptly to the Project Manager or relevant authorities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
