Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cleanroom Design & Estimation Engineer with minimum 4 years of expertise in HVAC and cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial projects. Core Responsibilities

Design & Engineering · Review client layouts and prepare turnkey cleanroom proposals while Interacting with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Develop cleanroom designs, perform heat load calculations, AHU zoning, duct layout,



and cleanroom class zoning calculations.

· Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.

· Apply cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines. Estimation & Costing · Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals.

· Review tender documents and specifications.

· Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and incorporate historical project data for accurate estimation.

· Handle variation orders, extra items, and cost revisions.

Required Skills · Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom technologies.

· Proven experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

· Understanding of ISO standards, GMP compliance, and cleanroom classifications.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical discussions.
