About the Role

Mission Aatmanirbhar Bharat is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Human Resources – Talent Acquisition & Creative Hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, media, leadership and specialised roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing the complete hiring lifecycle, including understanding role requirements, drafting job descriptions, selecting appropriate sourcing platforms, screening candidates, evaluating portfolios, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.

This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional who can work independently, build structured hiring systems and take complete ownership of the recruitment process.

Annual Remuneration: ₹6,00,000–₹8,40,000

Experience Required: Proven experience of successfully hiring more than 50 candidates

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork and other relevant hiring platforms.
- Understand business and leadership requirements and convert them into clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Identify and select the most suitable sourcing channels for each role.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for creative, media, leadership and specialised positions.
- Evaluate résumés, professional profiles, portfolios, case studies and work samples.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening interviews.
- Build structured systems for sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview management.
- Maintain organised recruitment pipelines and accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate interviews,



candidate follow-ups and internal communication.
- Schedule and organise final interviews with the CEO.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support salary discussions, offer coordination and onboarding.
- Build long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Apply global recruitment benchmarks and best practices.

Required Experience and Skills
- Proven record of successfully hiring more than 50 candidates.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork and other recruitment platforms.
- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, from job-description creation to onboarding.
- Solid résumé-screening, portfolio-evaluation and candidate-assessment skills.
- Experience hiring for diverse, specialised and senior-level roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to understand complex role requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Quick thinking, adaptability, accountability and a strong sense of ownership.

We are looking for a genuine recruitment professional who can independently manage the complete hiring process. Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to interview coordination, database creation or bulk outreach may not be suitable for this position.
