We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in HR Operations and Recruitment Coordination within the EPC Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and communicate interview details to candidates.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance.
- Maintain interview schedules and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Collect interview feedback and update recruitment records.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Support induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure proper documentation.
Desired Skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR) preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in HR or HR Operations will be an added advantage.
- Tamil candidates are preferred.
- Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
