Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to hire quality candidates within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview feedback and follow-up with candidates.
- Manage offer roll-out, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates from Recruitment Consultancy or Corporate HR background are welcome.

Salary

- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience) + Performance Incentive
