Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities to support a growing, creative salon team. This full time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and includes handling recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records to ensure smooth staffing operations.

The specialist will develop and implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, manage attendance and leave, and support performance management processes. The role also involves providing guidance on employee relations, maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws,



and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Specialist will collaborate closely with salon leadership to align HR practices with the brand’s values and business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support a fair, compliant, and consistent workplace.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including leave management and compensation-related processes.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance support, and employee relations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse team members.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in the service or retail industry is beneficial.
- Proficiency with HR documentation, basic HR software or MS Office tools, and attention to detail in record-keeping.
