Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. This position oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Manager will support leadership with workforce planning, resolve employee relations matters, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate HR documentation, coordinating training and development initiatives, and partnering with management to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Ability to design, implement,



and update HR Policies that support compliance, fairness, and organizational objectives.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management to support retention and employee satisfaction.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and ability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Goregaon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
