About the Role:

We're looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about building a workplace where employees thrive. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with leadership, employees, and cross-functional teams to manage the complete employee lifecycle, drive HR strategy, and ensure every policy, process, and initiative is executed with precision and care.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations
- Handle employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and labour laws
- Drive Performance Management System — reviews and appraisals
- Manage employee relations and resolve grievances
- Design and implement HR policies
- Conduct recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation




- Design and run induction and onboarding programmes
- Coordinate soft skills and behavioural training programmes
- Maintain HR MIS and dashboards
- Manage POSH compliance and Internal Committee responsibilities
- Drive DEI and employee wellness initiatives
- Support engagement, retention, and talent management
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy

What we're looking for:

- Solid knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labour laws
- Experience running Performance Management Systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in HRMS and MS Office
