Role

Yogi Engineers is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition, with the ability to build a positive and high-performing workplace.

Responsibility

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle

Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and induction

Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws

Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture

Manage performance appraisal and development processes





Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Organize training and development programs

Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and employee records

Partner with management on HR strategy and organizational development

What We're Looking For

5–8 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Manager role

Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance

Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Good understanding of Labour Laws and HR Best Practices

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HRMS and Advanced MS Excel

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
