Role: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & People Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with business leaders to hire high-quality talent across Relationship Managers, Operations, and other key functions.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, HR records, and induction processes.

Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.





Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate employee records.

Continuously improve hiring processes and help build a high-performance culture. What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.

Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.

Proactive, professional, and passionate about building great teams.
