Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to hire high-quality talent across Relationship Managers, Operations, and other key functions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, HR records, and induction processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate employee records.
- Continuously improve hiring processes and help build a high-performance culture.

- Robust communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
